- Call Real Estate Agent on phone= 5mins
- Watch Sim House Blitz on TV= 13hrs
- Have a Double Shot of coffee= 1min
- Call a sim to the Park
- Perform Fake Auction with ducks in the park= 2mins
- Wash Hands in the sink= 7secs
- Build the Real Estate Agency (has a red roof and is next to the mall)
- Get a sim a job as a Real Estate Agent
- Have a sim dance to the stereo

Now you can send you sims to work as a Real Estate Agent and build houses on the Ocean View Estate.
The Beachside Escape house is very nice, it has 2 rooms for children and it has a little hut at the back. You can only build this house on the Ocean View Estate.
